If I feel insulted by a question or answer can I report it?

You can report whatever you like -- the cool thing about reporting on Yahoo Answers is that if it is credible, then the people who review these will continue to listen to you in the future. They learn to trust you based on a point system. The same goes both ways... If somebody reports all sorts of things and there is no weight behind what they are reporting then Yahoo Answers will stop listening to that person, like the boy who cried wolf.
