Someone who understands payments with paypal as a seller?

Let's see. Your friend's PayPal account is blocked. There is a REASON it is blocked, and that is probably misuse or fraud. And you want to help this guy ??? Steer clear of this. If this guy had HIS PayPal account blocked, his activities could do the same to YOUR account.
