How to sync iPod touch into a new iTunes library?

When you plug it in, it should sync automatically. If it doesn't just press sync anywhere you can find it. A pop-up will show saying that there are files on the iPod that aren't present in your iTunes library. Click "transfer" on the bottom of the box and you'll be good to go.
