How can i coppy EVERYTHING on one iPod touch to another?

What I mean is, like copy all the files on it, cydia and installous apps, music and everything. I'm trying to get everything from my 3rd Gen touch to my 2nd gen touch. It's jailbroken with allot of apps and i want to keep their information and I can't use the sync on iTunes because the apps aren't authorized under my account. is their a software (Preferably free) that can just move everything over safely? I've got a guy who wants to buy the 3rd gen so I'm trying to save my stuff.
