Ex Girlfriend Question?

It's been 10 months since we broke up, but Isaw my ex girlfriend this weekend. We hung out on friday, for the first time in a while, with a lot of fights happening over the time. It was a fun time, and when she was driving me home, i gave her a hug goodbye and I could tell she looked liked she was going to cry. I ran in to her saturday night, and than she texted me wanting to meet up. We met up and talked, and she cried in to my shoulders saying she just wanted me to hug her on friday because she missed me, and than we spent the night together. We both talked and agreed that it has been 10 months, and we can both safely say we still love each other and miss each other, that maybe there is something more for us. I am 23 and she is 22. What do you guys think this could mean?
