Can i get pregnant? Help please?

So my boyfriend and I have sex very safely, but I'm still worried there is a chance I could be pregnant. Before we do anything, he jerks off so he can *** and not take any risks. He washes his penis off and throws the *** out and then he puts a condom on and we have sex. Is there any sort of chance I can be pregnant? He did not *** inside of me and the condom did not break.
