he was full of courage himself and he could guide people to be courageous because fear leads us no where. Courage was in him and he could share and show people how to bring courage into their minds rather than being weak. his courage gave lots of minds hope and strength to stand up for themselves. we need more people like him in this life.

Whats the most weight i can lose in 2 months safely?

I am 218 pounds, 5'6" 22 year old man. I would like to know how much weight I can safely lose in 2 months. In my senior year of highschool, (4 years ago now) I was 180 pounds, ideally I want to be thinner than that even. I broke my back in January and have since lost 30 pounds just because I don't have an appetite any more. I figured if I was losing weight, why not get serious about it.

How do i get rid of a cursed book?

i know its silly, but i have a cursed book. it's an Edgar Allen Poe book that i got as a christmas present a few years ago. this thing does not like to be moved, and terrible things happen whenever i move it. i want to get rid of it but i dont know how. i was thinking of burning it, or giving it to fish (none of my freinds will willingly take it). will burning it backfire somehow? And how should i get it out of my room and into my backyard where i can burn it without it freacking out? Please Please help me like i said i know its silly, but i really just want to get rid of this thing safely and quickly!!!!!!
